While the project is exciting, the lack of resources is really hampering progress. I was meant to be teaching 3 units with a total of 80 students. I have ended up with 150 students over the three units. It is not possible to find casual tutors in these subjects so I have an immense teaching and marking load yet again. My Head of Discipline said I could have an hour off teaching for the project but that is meaningless as I cannot take the hour because there is no-one to do the work. All it means is that my carry forward is now almost 2 full semesters. I also still have my standard admin workload plus the course group review admin.
